Jonathan Tuggle was born and raised in Marietta, Georgia. As an involved member of the hockey community, he takes great pride in pursuing this next venture of his hockey endeavors. Raised in the south, Jon was not born into a “natural hockey family” but found the ice through his southern roots at age 9. He moved to Eden Prairie, Minnesota to pursue his hockey career at age 14. He joined the EP eagles for 3 years and with a future in college hockey in sight, Jon was abruptly detoured by several knee injuries and would move back to Georgia.

In 2022 Jon founded the Red River Spartans organization in the USPHL. Jon has spent the last ten years growing his impressive hockey network and has built a strong reputation within the hockey community across North America. Outside of hockey, Jon is the active owner of CLS Medical, a commercial linen and laundry service for healthcare providers in Georgia. Jon is the founder and active President of Rock For a Reason, a foundation that raises money for childhood cancer research. In seven years, Jon has raised over two million dollars for childhood cancer research.

OWNER & DIRECTOR OF HOCKEY OPERATIONS

Zach was born and raised in Atlanta, GA and successfully navigated the path from a non-traditional hockey market to the NCAA Division 1 level at Sacred Heart University. Prior to Sacred Heart, Zach played New England Prep School Hockey at Tabor Academy where he received All-New England Prep School honors. Zach then won the 2013 USA Hockey Tier 1 U18 National Championship with the Neponset Valley River Rats. The Neponset Valley River Rats were the first split-season team in USA hockey history to win a Tier 1 USA Hockey National Championship. A team that was comprised of 20 NCAA committed players. Zach then played junior hockey for the CT Yankees and Bay State Breakers in the inaugural season of the USPHL.

After playing, Zach aligned with Jon Tuggle to construct the Red River Spartans organization in the USPHL. Zach became the first individual in history to play, coach, and then own a team in the USPHL. For the past five years Zach has been strategically aligning players all over North America with colleges that specifically suit them. By leveraging his extensive hockey network and passion to market and promote players, Zach has connected many players with excellent organizations to continue their education and hockey career.

DIRECTOR OF GAME DAY OPERATIONS AND VOICE OF THE SPARTANS

Charlie was born just off Exit 117 on the Garden State Parkway in New Jersey into a NY Rangers household & began attending games at Madison Square Garden as soon as his Dad could sneak him in. In 2002, he moved to Nashville to complete his Education at Middle Tennessee State University & became an instant Predators fan (in the Western Conference). After graduation, he began his first media assignment with ESPN 106.7 The Fan & remained a part of the station's coverage until it switched formats in 2009. Charlie joined WNSR Sports Radio 560 as Nashville Predators correspondent & served in that position for nearly a decade, Hosting numerous shows, & covering Hockey at every level. After 25 years as a Professional Entertainer, Charlie launched the Renegades Of Puck Podcast in 2019 to feature the tremendous Hockey scene in Nashville, & far beyond More passionate than precise, he has dedicated his life to playing, talking about, growing, & championing the glorious game of Hockey everywhere he goes!
